Mohit Bhardwaj joined Indxx in 2022 and currently serves as the Head of Compliance & Controls and is responsible for managing and executing the firm's compliance and controls program. He is a seasoned governance risk compliance professional and an auditor with extensive experience in operational risk management, control assurance, sanction & regulatory reporting, due diligence, and internal audit. He has led the global, US, APAC & MENA teams in leading companies across the globe, including Genpact, Deutsche Bank, and HDFC Bank. Prior to joining Indxx, he worked with Bahwan CyberTek in Muscat, Oman as a Compliance officer and led the compliance & governance projects.

He is a certified GRCP, GRCA from OCEG, US & an ISO certified Auditor and has a Master’s degree in Finance & Business administration from the University of Rajasthan.
