Gauri joined Indxx in 2019 and currently leads the Index Review and Data Research teams, dedicating her time to the launch of new products, selection and rebalancing of indices based on investment strategies, coordinating with various stakeholders on business requirements for new tools and onboarding new datasets for research . She employs her expertise in improving operations and enhancing business growth through various initiatives at an organizational level.

An experienced Index specialist with over seven years of experience, Gauri started her career with Indxx in 2015 and worked on the entire life cycle of an index including launch, administration, calculation and maintenance. She then diversified her field of experience at Evaluserve with the Quant and Index Research team, providing financial services to one of the largest European investment banks before returning to Indxx. During her time there, she worked on the development of new models and the implementation of various cross-asset portfolio strategies and indices. She has also worked on checking the compatibility of new indices with client index calculation engines and assisted the development team with deployment.

Gauri is a Post Graduate in Business Management from ICFAI University and also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics (Honors) from the University of Delhi.
